I cannot get the registration code to work

The usual problem is that there were several spaces between the words of the username that was originally sent to me.

I normally use copy and paste for the username, and then adjust capital letters if required.

The safe way to enter the username and registration number is to do the same - copy and paste from the 'FTBasic registration' email into the registration form.
